Easydeck Modular System
Easydeck is a modular performance system, perfectly suited for use in smaller venues. Designed to provide temporary staging. It is a ‘no fuss’ system which is simplicity itself to install and requires no special tools to assemble. The Deck Panels are phenol coated birch ply and feature a smooth surface and a non slip surface on opposing sides. Easydeck conforms to the following standards, DIN 53799, BS6566:1 1985
IMPORTANT NOTE: Responsibility lies with the user to undertake their own risk assessment following installation, to ensure the floor plan is set-out such that injuries resulting from falling objects, e.g. furniture falling from staging, are either eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level.

Parts & Features
T77500 - Joint Clip - Easydeck Joint Clips are used to secure runways and step units.
T77600 - Joint Channel - Joint Channels are used to create a secure joint between two adjacent frames.
T77650 - Support Channel - Support Channels are used to match the height of the Joint Channels and Joint Clips, ensuring a level platform for the deck panels is achieved.
T77200 - Riser Bracket - Riser Brackets are designed to be used when two units are tiered on top of each other. The Riser Brackets are fitted to each corner ensuring the tiered unit is extremely safe and secure. These must be used in sets of 4.

Usage Purpose Easydeck is designed as a modular performance system for use as staging in small venues. Safety Inspection Never exceed the Safe Working Load (SWL) as shown in the below table. In the event of any damage the parts should be taken out of service and returned to an ‘Approved Doughty Service Agent’ for inspection. (see our dealer locator on our web site for a comprehensive list of Authorised Service Agents) WHEN WORKING WITH EASYDECK, CARE MUST BE TAKEN TO AVOID THE FOLLOWING:
• Manual Handling injuries: Persons assembling the units should be trained in manual handling techniques, especially when removing frame units that have been stacked for storage purposes. • Entrapment/Crushing: Keep fingers clear when lowering the floor panels into the frame modules. • Slips: Assemble the floor panels, ensuring the ‘top-side’ is suitable for the intended purpose. NB: Floor panels are reversible – one face ‘smooth’ and one ‘non-slip’. • Trips: When assembled, the entire floor area must be level, stable and devoid of any ‘ramps’ between adjoining modules that may present a trip hazard. • Modular separation: Modules must be firmly secured to one another using the proprietary Joint Channels and Joint Clips provided. • Collapse: Modules that are stacked must be positioned and secured using proprietary Riser Brackets. • Falls: Handrails should be fitted where there is a risk of injury from falling.
