Darüber hinaus wird die „Road Map“ der russischen Regierung vorgestellt und wie sie damit im Ranking des „Doing Business Reports“ der Weltbank nach vorne kommen möchte. Es wird ein Vergleich zu China und dem Iran gezogen. Die Lokalisierung/Produktionsaufbau in Russland spielt bei der Industriepolitik eine große Rolle. Wie auch KMUs erfolgreich Produktion in Russland aufbauen können, wird in praxisorientierten Vorträgen erläutert. Ein weiteres wichtiges Thema für die Zukunft Russlands ist die Positionierung als IT-Standort. Experten werden die Möglichkeiten für deutsche Unternehmen verschiedener Branchen darstellen. Abschließend wird die Idee eines Wirtschaftsraums von Wladiwostok bis Lissabon erörtert und welche Chancen eine Harmonisierung der Standards bringen würde. During this event several experts will present how small and mid-size companies can do business in Russia despite the structural crisis. Also the road map of the Russian government will be explained and how the country should improve in the „Doing Business Report“ ranking of the World Bank. It will be compared to Iran and China. Localization / Set up of production in Russia plays a key role in the industrial policy. How SME can success­fully set up their factories in Russia will be shown on practical examples. An other important topic for the future of Russia is the positioning as an IT location. What opportunities this will bring to German companies of different industries will be presented by these experts. The high-tech industry needs to keep up their efforts on Research & Development and Innovation. Over the next ten years we will lose a substantial number of experienced people. The landscape of the engineering is dramatically different from the past because of the many deep inter­connections. They require innovative solutions that balance technological innovation, economic competitiveness, environmental protection and social flourishing. The new breed of engineers will not only be comprehensive problem solvers, but also problem definers, and lead multidisciplinary teams in setting agendas and fostering innovation, requiring an entrepreneurial attitude. Making the change in engineering education has become a serious barrier. Systems thinking, creativity, multidisciplinary thinking, communication, accessing and analyzing information, etc. are survival skills for successful ­engineers who will work in the global world of work.

Über die Nachwuchsinitiative Tec2You werden jedes Jahr bis zu 7.000 Schulabgänger/-innen und Student/-innen auf der weltweit größten Industriemesse für Technik begeistert. Live erleben sie die Inno­vationen der Industrie in geführten Touren nach Themengebieten und in den Pavillons an Halle 11 haben alle die Möglichkeit, Technik auszuprobieren.

Programm/Program

Am Messefreitag, dem 29. April 2016, bietet Tec2You unter dem Motto Festival of Technology darüber hinaus allen Jugendlichen ab 15 Jahren einen erlebnisreichen Besuch der HANNOVER MESSE zum Sonder­eintrittspreis von 3,00 EUR. The Tec2You initiative makes it possible – and very attractive – for school leavers and students to take a trip to Hannover in order to attend HANNOVER MESSE, where they can discover exciting careers in ­engineering and other technical fields. The program is particularly targeted at young people in their ­final year of schooling or vocational training, as well as first-semester students and enrollees of vocational schools. Friday, 29 April, is the special Festival of Technology at Tec2You, which features an exciting program rich in hands-on experience.
