DEU Das patentierte Funktionsprinzip ist genial: 2 im System enthaltene Gebläsemotoren blasen den Kabinenrahmen in Minutenschnelle auf. Gleichzeitig wird diese Luft im vorderen Bereich der Kabine durch 2 Filter links und rechts staubfrei in das Kabinen Innere gedrückt. Dieser Luftstrom wandert nun von vorne nach hinten durch die Kabine und nimmt den Farbnebel mit. Dort wird die Abluft durch eine große Filterwand ausgeschieden. Der Farbnebel bleibt dabei im Filter hängen.

Liquid Film Ral-mischSystem DEU Mit dem brandneuen und weltweit einzigen wasserbasierenden Mischsystem für Lackierfolierungen verfügt der Anwender über die einzigartige Möglichkeit, „just in time“ und kostengünstig alle RAL Farben aus der Liquid film Farbtondokumentation selbst zu produzieren. Der günstige Einstandspreis verbunden mit der geringen Lagerhaltung machen das moderne System für Anwender und Händler besonders attraktiv. Sowohl 213 Farbtöne inklusive der Metallics, Pearls und Neons als auch eine große Anzahl von Fahrzeug-Serienfarbtönen im Uni Bereich sind mischbar. Mit nur 32 hochkonzentrierten Mischtönkonzentraten im 1 Liter Gebinde können über 600 Liter Liquid film Farben hergestellt werden. Alle Farben im System sind mit Rührwerken bestückt und können auf Knopfdruck täglich frisch aufgerührt werden. 1 x Morgens und 1 x Mittags rührt die Mischanlage die Farben auf, um die thixotropisch eingestellten Mischtönkonzentrate zu verflüssigen. Das Mischungsverhältnis liegt bei 95% Liquid film und nur 5% Farbe, dies bedeutet, dass man mit 1 Liter Konzentrat 20 Liter farbige Flüssigfolie herstellen kann. Jeder Farbton nach RAL besteht aus mehreren Komponenten aus dem System. In nur wenigen Minuten kann mühelos jeder Farbton produziert werden.
