Nano Biz Networking Reception Nano Biz Networking Reception was held on the second day of the exhibition and co-hosted by the Nanotechnology Business Creation Initiative (NBCI). Foreign exhibitors sponsored for the 2016 Reception and contributed to the international exchange about technologies. Around 700 participants, including exhibitors, seminar speakers and nanotech experts from around the world enjoyed this special evening.

Voice of exhibitors Exhibitors regard nano tech as the must-be event of the year. They value not only its sheer size but also the opportunity to meet a quality business focused audience from Asia and all over the world.

“Nanotech Japan, with 50'000 visitors every year, is the largest fair worldwide in Micro&Nanotechnologies. It's an excellent opportunity for Swiss companies and institutes to present their activities to such a top Asian and international audience."

Swiss Pavilion, Danick Bionda, Secretary General, Micronarc

"NIL Technology has exhibited every year since 2007 at nano tech Japan, and it is our number one choice for accessing the Japanese nanotechnology market.”

NIL TECHNOLOGY, Theodor Nielsen, Chief Executive Officer

“This is one of the important exhibitions which we participated annually to showcase our technology from Singapore. We are happy to receive an award which recognises our contribution in the area of nanotechnology. Potential clients visited our booth to explore how we can collaborate to help them be more successful in their business.”

NanoMaterials Technology, Ryan Cheng, International Business Director "The recent nano 2016 was Thailand's 6th participation as an exhibitor. We consider nano tech event as our main exhibition investment each year because of the impact that this event can achieve such as global visibility, client relationship, and awareness of research trends. The event is a valuable activity for us to partake and Thailand will be there in 2017."

Surprisingly, we got many offers from industries we never thought our technology would match. We never thought our service matched with larger companies, but it was wrong. We had many business leads with them. Our world's first technology had quite good impressions on participants. After the exhibition, we had more than 10 promising leads and continue to receive requotes. nano tech made us more confident to continue developing our new technology. It gave us some tips to find possible markets and applications. We could find partners for our university's tech-transfer and joint research. We could meet a partner again who had stopped business deals once and resume business deals. Thanks to nan tech, we had many offers for sampling and testing.
