Automatische Standflügelverriegelungen

Automatic flush bolts

Die automatische Standflügelverriegelung ermöglicht das gleichzeitige Ver- und Entriegeln beider Flügel 2-flügeliger Türsysteme mit nur einem Handgriff.

Automatic flush bolts allow to lock and unlock both leaves of 2-leaf door systems at the same time with only one hand.

Das Öffnen des Gangflügels aktiviert die Entriegelung des Standflügels. Die Wiederverriegelung erfolgt automatisch beim Schließen: Der Gangflügel drückt die Falle an der Standflügelverriegelung ein, der Riegel fährt heraus und verschließt den Standflügel. Die Einhaltung der korrekten Schließfolge - erst Standflügel, dann Gangflügel - stellt ein Schließfolgeregler sicher.

While opening the active leaf, the inactive leaf will be unlocked simultaneously and automatically. The locking is achieved by closing the door: The active leaf pushes the latch at the inactiv leaf inwards. This way the lock bolt will be driven out and locks the inactive leaf again. A door coordinator ensures a smooth locking function. It provides the adherence of the correct closing order - first the inactive, then the active leaf.

Manuell oder automatisch Manual or automatic These flush bolts are in 2-leaf rebated door systems made of wood, steel or aluminium. They both fit in the same cut-out. The manual flush bolt 33HZM, operated by a lever, is equipped with a spring-loaded bolt, which is vertically adjustable.

Diese Kantriegel eignen sich für Holz-, Stahl- oder Aluminiumprofile und passen in die gleiche Schlosstasche. Der manuelle, über einen Hebel zu bedienende 33HZM ist mit einem gefederten, vertikal justierbaren Riegelbolzen ausgestattet.

Two different backset measurements are available. The bolt has got a spring-loaded function and is vertically adjustable.

Einstellbarer Öffnungswinkel Adjustable opening Angle Mittels Öffnungsbegrenzer und Türfeststeller kann der Öffnungswinkel des Türflügels zwischen 90° und 130° eingestellt werden. Die Größe des Winkels bestimmt das beim Einbau gewählte Abstandsmaß A (siehe Abbildung rechts).

The door's opening angle can be adjusted by the opening limiter and its related door fastener from 90° to 130°. The angle size depends on the chosen value of distance A (see illustration on the right) when mounting.

Complementary product to semi-automatic flush bolt 35HZ

Die Staubschutzbodenbuchse bewahrt unten verbaute Standflügelverriegelungen vor einer Blockierung der korrekten Schließfolge durch Staub oder Schmutz. Die Öffnung der Buchse ist mit einer Edelstahlfeder ausgestattet.

The dust-excluding floor socket prevents bottommounted flush bolts from blocking the correct locking sequence by dust or grit. The socket's opening is equipped with a stainless-steel spring.

Das Schließblech ist nach der Montage im Türrahmen justierbar.

The lock plate is adjustable after fitting.
